Accepting New Patients
Dr. Sarah graduated with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Clarke University in Dubuque, Iowa in 2023. During her time at Clarke, she completed internships in a variety of settings and decided to participate in a pelvic health rotation on a whim. During that internship, she realized how under-served the pelvic health population was and how much women (herself included) didn’t know about their own bodies. She began pursuing more knowledge and quickly fell in love with the world of Pelvic Health- especially building relationships with her patients and seeing the profound impact therapy had on their lives.
Sarah believes in the power of the patient-therapist relationship and strives to make meaningful connections with every patient she meets. She believes that all women should have a basic understanding of how their bodies work and incorporates education in every treatment. Sarah has been trained in multiple manual therapy techniques such as manual soft tissue mobilization, cupping, instrument-assisted mobilization, joint mobilization, spinal manipulation, and dry needling. She is an expert in pelvic floor therapy treating her patients in a holistic way allowing her patients to live their lives to their fullest.
When she’s not at the clinic Sarah enjoys running, taking her dog on new adventures, and spending time & wedding planning with her fiancé.
