This is my third time doing pelvic floor PT, but my first time with Reborn- and this is by far the best experience I’ve had. I’ve been working mostly with Andrea and I’ve been so impressed by how thorough she is. She’s helped me gain a much better knowledge of all the muscles and tendons that come into play with my pelvic floor and whole core. Instead of only focusing on strengthening my pelvic floor, I’m being taught the importance of also knowing how to relax my muscles. This is my first experience with dry needling and I was a bit skeptical- but I’m a total believer now! It works! I’m gaining so much confidence in how to move and strengthen my body- it feels awesome. Do yourself a favor and book an appointment with these ladies!
