Dr. Madison Spainhower, PT, DPT, PRPC

PT, DPT, PRPC – Layton

Dr. Madi graduated with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine in 2019 and is a board-certified Pelvic Rehabilitation Practitioner (PRPC) with years of orthopedic and pelvic floor treatment experience. Madi has a real passion and expertise for helping women and men (yes, men have pelvic floors too!) suffering from pelvic floor dysfunction. She loves to remove the stigmas described as “normal” when it comes to pelvic floor function at any stage of life.

Madi is skilled in hands-on therapy techniques and is dry needling certified. She is a provider who listens to her patients and prides herself on seeing the big picture, “putting the puzzle pieces back together,” and empowering her patients with the tools and education to maintain lasting change in their daily lives and mobility.

When Madi is not at the clinic, she enjoys rock climbing, archery, hiking, and exploring Utah with her two kids and sweetie.
