Dr. Karlie Valdez

PT, DPT – Lehi

Dr. Karlie earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Utah after completing a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences with a Minor in Exercise Science from Saint Cloud State University, where she competed as a collegiate soccer player. Prior to that, she attended Gillette College in Wyoming, earning her Associate of Health Science while competing in both soccer and basketball.

Karlie is passionate about helping individuals move confidently, feel empowered in their bodies, and return to the activities they love. With a lifelong background in sports and exercise, she understands the important role movement plays in overall health and well-being.

Her interest in pelvic health began during a clinical internship at a pelvic floor physical therapy clinic during graduate school. She values a whole-person approach to care and strives to create a safe, supportive environment where patients feel heard, respected, validated and empowered throughout their rehabilitation journey.

Outside of the clinic, she enjoys weightlifting, hiking, playing soccer, walking her dogs with her boyfriend, crocheting, reading, solving Sudoku puzzles, and trying new creative projects and crafts.
