Dr. Kaitlyn Owen is a dedicated Doctor of Physical Therapy with over 11 years of experience helping people move and feel their best. After earning her doctorate from the University of New England, she went on to specialize in dry needling and pelvic health, refining her expertise over the past eight years to provide patients with compassionate, evidence-based care.
She has taken Herman and Wallace pelvic floor foundational pelvic floor coursework as well as advanced coursework in pelvic floor dry needling, stress incontinence, and prolapse. She is especially passionate about helping women of all ages dealing with pelvic pain, prolapse, and incontinence. She believes in the power of pelvic floor physical therapy to empower women to engage fully in their lives and the activities that are important to them!
An avid traveler, Kaitlyn’s passion for exploration extends far beyond her profession. Whether she’s immersing herself in new cultures, diving into action sports with her partner, or unwinding with her rescue puppy, she brings the same energy and curiosity to life that she does to her work. Her mission is simple: to help people feel stronger, move better, and live fully—wherever life takes them.
