Dr. Cassidy Ashton

PT, DPT – Provo

Dr. Cassidy graduated with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions and earned her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Brigham Young University. During her schooling, Cassidy discovered that the pelvic floor is often overlooked and ignored despite its big impact on function and quality of life. This understanding fueled a desire to educate and empower those with pelvic floor dysfunction to help them on their journey back to doing what they love. Cassidy prioritizes each patient’s unique goals, working collaboratively with them to develop a personalized, multi-faceted treatment plan that provides relief, restores function, and addresses the root cause of symptoms. She enjoys working with individuals in all stages of life and is committed to helping her patients overcome pain, leakage, prolapse, and any other obstacles that stand between them and their goals. Outside of the clinic, you can find Cassidy exploring the outdoors while camping and hiking with her husband — or inside, curled up with a good book or her latest cross-stitch project.
