Dr. Ashley Vrinten

Dr. Ashley is a pelvic floor physical therapist who graduated from Rocky Mountain University of Health Profession, where she developed a passion for pelvic health and a desire to make a difference through this specialty. She has a unique background as a birth doula, giving her a deep and compassionate understanding of the perinatal journey and beyond. She is passionate about helping her patients feel comfortable, confident, and empowered in their bodies through every stage of life.
Her approach to care is holistic, empowering, and goal-oriented—focusing not just on symptoms, but on addressing the root cause to support long-term well-being. Dr. Ashley implements her experience in myofascial manipulation, visceral mobilization, manual soft tissue techniques, myofascial cupping, relaxation strategies, and therapeutic corrective exercise along with advanced training in visceral manipulation, trigger point dry needling, and Advanced Prolapse/Stress Urinary Incontinence to serve her patients.
Dr. Ashley works closely with each patient to develop a personalized treatment plan that supports their lifestyle and restores their confidence to achieve their goals. She believes that the start of high quality care comes from listening and taking the time to understand her patient’s concerns. Her practice is centered on a full-body perspective, using a combination of therapeutic methods to uncover and treat the root of each concern.
Outside of the clinic, she continues to support women as a birth doula and advocate. Dr. Ashley enjoys filling her free time with hiking, camping, walking her dog, crafting, reading, and spending quality time with her family and friends.
