Dr. Emma Lund

Dr. Emma Lund earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions, where she discovered a deep passion for pelvic health. Through specialized training with the Herman & Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute, she developed a strong foundation in treating pelvic floor dysfunction and gained a profound appreciation for the power of education in helping women reconnect with their bodies. Her clinical experiences confirmed her desire to make pelvic health her focus, offering care that is compassionate, informed, and empowering.
Emma’s approach to therapy is grounded in a whole-body perspective. She integrates skills in dry needling, visceral and myofascial mobilization, soft tissue techniques, cupping, joint mobilizations, and therapeutic exercise to create individualized treatment plans that address both the root causes and broader effects of dysfunction. She believes that meaningful healing happens when women feel heard, supported, and equipped to return to the activities that bring them joy.
When she’s not in the clinic, Emma is likely outdoors—playing soccer, hiking, paddle boarding, or camping—or in the kitchen cooking with her husband. Her love for movement, nature, and connection spills into every aspect of her life and practice.
