Adrienne Bode

Office Manager/Patient Care Coordinator – Layton

Adrienne is an office manager and yoga teacher who combines her passion for pelvic floor health, accessibility, and inclusivity in both her work and teaching. In her role as office manager, she ensures smooth operations while promoting a holistic approach to healing, where yoga complements physical therapy to address issues like pelvic pain, incontinence, and postpartum recovery.

Her focus on pelvic floor health drives her yoga teaching, where she educates students on safe practices to strengthen and relax this often-overlooked area. Adrienne creates a supportive, empowering environment that encourages open conversations about pelvic health.

As a strong advocate for inclusivity, Adrienne adapts her classes to accommodate diverse bodies and abilities, using props and modifications to ensure everyone feels seen and supported. Her holistic approach emphasizes physical, mental, and emotional well-being, helping students build self-awareness and self-care both on and off the mat.

Outside of yoga and physical therapy, Adrienne enjoys spending quality time with her partner and her Shiba Inu, Tato. Whether it’s relaxing at home or exploring outdoors, Adrienne values these moments of connection with her loved ones, bringing a sense of balance and joy to her life.

Through her work and personal life, Adrienne fosters a compassionate, inclusive approach to wellness, ensuring that everyone has access to practices that promote long-term health and empowerment.
