Dr. Kate Stokes

PT, DPT – Provo

Kate earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Utah, where she discovered the important role pelvic floor physical therapy can play in helping people improve their health, function, and quality of life. This experience sparked a passion for providing compassionate, individualized care to those experiencing pelvic floor and related concerns.

She earned a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Southern Utah University, where she also played collegiate soccer. Her background as an athlete, combined with her education in exercise science and physical therapy, has given her a strong appreciation for the role that movement and exercise play in overall health and quality of life. Her experience with sports has also taught her the importance of individualized care, proper movement, strength, and building confidence in the body.

Kate brings this perspective into her treatment approach by focusing on helping patients understand their bodies, develop strength and mobility, and return to the activities they enjoy. Whether a patient is an athlete, enjoys staying active, or simply wants to move through everyday life with greater comfort, Kate strives to create treatment plans that are practical, purposeful, and tailored to each individual’s goals.

Outside of the clinic, Kate enjoys reading, hiking, playing soccer, and spending time with her family.
