Dr. Emily Flake
PT, DPT – Lehi
Dr. Emily Flake discovered her interest in pelvic floor physical therapy while shadowing during her undergraduate education, where she witnessed the meaningful impact pelvic health care can have and recognized how underserved women’s health has historically been. This experience sparked her passion for advancing women’s healthcare and empowering women to move confidently, reduce pain, and overcome their obstacles. Emily takes a collaborative, individualized approach to therapy, helping each patient identify their unique goals and address the root causes of dysfunction. She works with women of all ages and activity levels—including athletes, dancers, and pregnant or postpartum patients—to regain strength, stability, and confidence. By combining patient education with a positive, encouraging approach, Emily ensures every patient feels heard, understood, and supported, empowering them to move confidently and return to the activities that matter most. Outside of the clinic, Emily enjoys staying active and spending time outdoors, whether that’s running, skiing, hiking, or exploring new places. She also loves cooking, listening to books and podcasts, and spending quality time with her husband, family, and friends.
