Dr. Marisol Sullivan

PT, DPT – Murray

Marisol graduated from the University of Utah with a Doctor of Physical Therapy in 2021 and from Western Washington University with a BA in Spanish in 2004. Prior to becoming a physical therapist, she taught for the National Outdoor Leadership School (NOLS) and the School for International Expedition Training (SIET), guided with Exum Mountain Guides, and taught pilates in New York City, San Francisco, and Jackson, WY. Marisol first discovered pelvic health physical therapy during her first pregnancy, in the midst of PT school. She was astonished at how little she knew about her own body with regard to the pelvic floor, and found that learning more about the pelvis as a whole and its connection to the rest of the body was empowering and liberating—both as a human and as a pregnant person. She knew then that working in the specialty of pelvic health was where she wanted to be.

Marisol is passionate about providing a collaborative space where patients feel heard and where treatment is both holistic and tailored to each individual. She adopts an interdisciplinary and pedagogical approach to provide the best and most enduring care possible. Her goals as a pelvic PT are to normalize pelvic health and help empower people to move and live as freely and actively as they desire. Outside the clinic, Marisol enjoys coffee and scones, camping adventures with her family, rock climbing, and exploring our incredible planet with its varied cultures and geography.
