Dr. Allison Turner
PT, DPT – Lehi
Dr. Alli Turner graduated with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, Texas. During her time at UTMB, she completed her certification in pelvic health through the American Physical Therapy Association, which allowed her to participate in a specialized pelvic floor clinical rotation. That is where Dr. Alli decided that pelvic floor PT is where she belonged. She realized that empowering a woman to gain knowledge about a part of your body that no one talks about is life-changing. Dr. Alli has taken a variety of courses to expand her skill set in dry needling, myofascial mobilizations, visceral mobilizations, manual soft tissue mobilizations, cupping, joint mobilizations, and therapeutic corrective exercise.
Dr. Alli has a passion for working alongside women, providing them with education, support and encouragement to help them return to the things that they enjoy! She believed in a whole-body approach that combines manual, orthopedic and pelvic therapy techniques to treat the root cause of the problem. Her approach to patient care is rooted in a holistic perspective, aiming to address each individual and guide them towards return to their specific goals.
When she is not working, Dr. Alli is exploring her new city (moved from Dallas!) with her husband and adorable dog. She enjoys trying new restaurants, and picking up new hobbies. Alli enjoys cooking with her husband, reading, and having game nights with friends!
