Dr. Lyndi Payne
PT DPT – Lehi
Dr. Lyndi graduated with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from South College and a Bachelors of Science in Exercise Science from Brigham Young University. While working her first job as an orthopedic physical therapist, Lyndi noticed a lack of knowledge and care for women with pelvic floor dysfunction in the field and shifted her specialty to treating women with pelvic floor dysfunction.
Lyndi believes in the power of compassionate care and tailors treatment plans to empower individuals on their journey to pelvic health and overall wellness. Her goal is not just to treat symptoms, but to empower you with the knowledge and tools you need to take control of your health and live your life to the fullest. Together, you will work collaboratively to develop a personalized treatment plan that addresses your unique needs and goals, fostering healing and promoting long-term wellness.
Outside of work, in the summers and fall Lyndi enjoys rock climbing, paddle boarding, hiking, off-roading and backpacking with her husband and dog. In the winter, you can find her hibernating inside either baking, embroidering or reading a new book.
