Key Responsibilities:
- Engage effectively with patients, providing clear communication and support related to billing and insurance matters.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth financial operations, always striving for innovation in billing practices to enhance patient experiences.
- Demonstrate loyalty and teamwork—just as your peers will support you, we expect you to support them.
- Utilize your proven financial planning and management skills to handle billing, insurance compliance, and financial reporting.
- Stay informed and compliant with legal, medical, credentialing, and insurance regulations.
- Manage a team of medical receptionists while balancing your billing duties.
- Approach your work with compassion, ensuring accuracy and empathy when dealing with patient billing inquiries.
- Maintain an organized and detail-oriented approach, with the ability to delegate administrative and insurance-related tasks as needed.
- Exhibit strength in financial planning, budgeting, and team management.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift 50lbs, with some bending and squatting as needed to assist in the clinic’s day-to-day operations.
Education
- Bachelor’s or Masters’s Degree
Experience
- Three to five years of physical therapy office or Billing experience; significant interest and passion for healthcare leadership and building a small business
