Groin Strain (Adductor Strain)
This happens most often in sports that require cutting, side-stepping, pivoting, or other maneuvers. Sometimes, the injury can cause a forceful separation of the legs and/or twisting of the toes outward. The inner thigh region may feel tender and painful.
