Dr. Bridget received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Northwestern University in 2015 and is a board-certified Women’s Health Clinical Specialist through the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties (ABPTS). Her clinical practice includes treatment of pelvic floor disorders, bowel/bladder dysfunction, perinatal care, pelvic organ prolapse, pelvic and abdominal pain, sexual dysfunction and pre/post-operative rehab. 
 
Bridget’s professional background and interests include sharing knowledge on pelvic health through community outreach, collaboration with physician and advanced practice partners, providing peer mentorship, organization of continuing education opportunities, and participating in advocacy initiatives on topics such as improving maternal healthcare during the 4th Trimester. She also enjoys establishing a supportive relationship with clients as they navigate pelvic health considerations around exercise, child birth, medical treatments, menopause, and other life changes.
 
Bridget believes in helping her clients feel strong and empowered in their bodies. She focuses treatment on compassionately providing patient education and research-supported interventions including manual therapy, motor control retraining, and therapeutic exercise. She is passionate about providing individualized care to her clients and enjoys taking time to hear their stories to help create a thoughtful rehabilitation plan that aligns with their goals and lifestyle.
 
In her free time, Bridget enjoys gardening, spending time with family, exploring new trails, and attempting DIY home improvement projects while listening to podcasts.
